| Description: | This position is responsible for entering and expediting all customer orders and returns.
This position also requires the flexibility to act autonomously at all times while adhering to overall department and company polices and procedures.

| Duties: | •Responsible for daily sales order (direct, trial, participation, conversion) entry functions for Systems.
•Reviews order documents for accuracy and resolves issues.
•Inputs orders into the Pronto system and releases approved orders to Manufacturing. Inputs order corrections as required.
•Prepares shipping documents.
•Coordinates the collection of supporting documentation and expenses to support sales orders for systems implementation, maintenance and training activities.
•Coordinates with Compliance and Field Service regarding regulatory notifications and product installations.
•Coordinates with System Sales to produce billing requests for Accounting.
•Interfaces with System Sales, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Accounting, Systems Service and other departments as required to process all orders in compliance with established standards.
•Maintains sales operations files.
•Must be able to obtain and retain gaming licensure.
•Must be bilingual; Spanish a plus. |
| Qualifications: | A high school diploma is required. Degree is preferred.
Requires a minimum of two years of order processing experience or equivalent.
Must be computer literate, with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Software including Word, and Excel. Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks; strong time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks. Requires strong oral and written communication skills. Must be bilingual; Spanish a plus. |
