| Description: | This position is responsible for verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment
This position also requires the flexibility to act autonomously at all times while adhering to overall department and company polices and procedures.

| Duties: | Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of material, invoices, orders, or other records.
Affixes shipping labels on packed cartons or stencils identifying shipping information on cartons. Determines method of shipment. Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications. Maintains database on incoming/outgoing shipments, as necessary.
Assembles wooden or cardboard containers or selects pre-assembled containers. Inserts items into containers. Nails covers on wooden crates and binds containers with metal tape.
Stamps, stencils, marks or glues accurate and identifying information and shipping instructions onto crates or containers.
Posts weights and shipping charges, and affixes postage or instructions.
Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
Routes items to departments. Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies. Performs data entry into SAP/Pronto or applicable software, as needed.
Operates tier lift truck or uses hand truck to move, convey, or hoist shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage or work area.
Reports to senior manager any discrepancies or problems requiring resolution.
Complies with the companys regulatory guidelines and corporate policies at all times.
Maintains confidentiality regarding the company, products and employee information.
Must be able to obtain and retain gaming licensure. |
| Qualifications: | Forklift certification required. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. |
